Natureness’s Roots and Entitlement: Dr. Michael J. Cohen

Identical Attraction

Since 1949 experts in many disciplines have increasingly determined that Industrial Society is deteriorating our planet’s life but they never provide a remedy for its cause. Since 2022 the UN secretary general Antonio Guterres has said “Humanity is waging a ‘suicidal war’ on Nature and the state of the planet is broken…Nature needs a bailout…it’s time to flick the green switch.”

In 1974 the ingenious creativity and authorship of Michael J. Cohen, Ed.D., Ph.D., flicked the switch. He designed and expressed a missing key antidote for the war in his invention of Natureness, a simple tool that invokes Nature’s self-correcting essence anywhere, all at once.

Uniquely, Natureness’s raw facts create moments in natural areas the let the turmoiled life of Earth’s and our 54-senses interlace and benefit the world by increasing personal, social and environmental well-being. As Natureness helps Nature help us heal our broken person/planet relationships and  pain, it promotes the progress of science and eco-arts.

In 1965, Cohen had the intelligence to directly ask a wilderness area how its life differed from his human life and he then decoded its non-verbal answer. For the next 57 years he explored and researched Nature being wordless as a critical, self-evident fact of Nature’s life that he organized into an original, six-part Natureness process that is available, free, to the public. It lets anyone bond to, and in a natural area, be guided by, consensually attractive, 54-sense, interlacing with the perfections of Nature’s purity, balance and beauty there.

Cohen asserts that like any invention or a selfie, when applied correctly,  Natureness is free for the taking by anybody who applies it correctly, regardless of the form in which it is described, explained, illustrated, or embodied in their work. Similarly, he reinforces the advantageous powers of Natureness as he added to his special 54-sense Natureness accomplishment the contributing inventions and arts of most people, places and things. For their protection from controversy, and absence of Natureness, he does not identify them yet each makes Natureness work better.  That lets them fulfill a role above and beyond their original intent and ability. That unity enables our wounded senses to recover from our war with Nature as they restore themselves by embracing their simultaneous healthy existence in natural areas and grow with them, moment by moment. It equally helps Nature protect itself and recover its parts that have been taken from it without its consent and then used to further weaken it.

Cohen demonstrates that Natureness absolutely works in his space-time authorship and definition of it: “Since before forever, as now, this instant, Natureness is Nature’s wordless attraction (love) to begin life and dance it into being, moment by moment. This is undeniably proven by, ‘It’s an absolute truth or fact that the world and you exist, your are heartfelt alive, and are learning about Natureness  here and now while you are breathing air and reading these words.’” This indisputable statement when appropriately modified for any circumstance, replaces our inability to otherwise not do anything about our runaway destructiveness.

To the benefit of all, and bridging any fact-expression dichotomy, through Cohen’s Natureness contribution, all things take on additional responsibilities that help stop our war with Nature by flicking the green switch. This takes into account that an idea, sensation, feeling or thought is a thing.

Cohen’s science-based model of his Natureness arts and experiences has been published in professional journals and it is yet to be disputed.  He demonstrates that in the beginning of things, even before the big bang, Nature’s life was wordlessly attracted to begin growing more attractive and was conscious of each new attraction it became aware of so it knew what to attach to. This created a mathematically accurate, step by step sequence of diverse, wordless attachments that are continually growing everywhere, all-at-once including this space-time moment, here and now.. This truth is demonstrated by your attraction to read these very words while every non-human thing is similarly fulfilling its attractions wordlessly.  Cohen’s Natureness is a factual compilation of this that lets anyone bridge the word-wordless gap and unify its eviscerated separation.

Originality and Credibility

This 1996 quote is from the book “Ecotherapy: Healing Ourselves, Healing the Earth” by Howard Clinebell that identified and founded the study and practice of ecotherapy:

“Michael J Cohen Ph.D.,  “How Nature Works”and “Reconnecting With Nature: finding wellness through restoring your bond and kinship with the Earth

“Dr. Michael J. Cohen, a psychologist and outdoor educator describes how he developed eco-therapeutic theory and methods that integrate psychology and ecology, and use thoughtful sensory contacts with nature to catalyze wellness, spirit, and responsibility. He portrays the process for enabling people to reconnect with nature that evolved over may decades of teaching outdoors.  It involves direct sensory contacts with nature, including nature within the person, integrated with cognitive understanding and validation of these nature feelings and sensory knowledge.”

In recognition of Dr. Robert Mueller’s 39 years as Assistant Secretary General of the United Nations, his establishment of the University for Peace and development of global education schools, books and curriculums, Dr. Muller received the Albert Schweitzer Peace Prize and the UNESCO Prize for Peace. Today, as Chancellor of the University for Peace, United Nations, Dr. Muller says:

“We must not shy from new opportunities to relate more responsibly to each other, spirit and the environment. For this reason I urge people to become involved with the remarkable grassroots learning program of Project NatureConnect. It offers an environmentally sound, hands-on educational process whose sensory nature connecting activities reduce apathy, catalyze peace and promote mental health.

“My warmest congratulations to Dr. Michael Cohen, director of Project NatureConnect, for receiving his well-deserved Distinguished World Citizen Award. I perfectly understand what he advocates. All the basic laws of optimal living are right in front of us in nature but, to our cost, we are taken away from them. The natural senses that Dr. Cohen shows we inherit are wise, unspoken, non-material attraction forces that have no name, yet Nature within and about us principally lives with them all along.

“I am familiar with Dr. Cohen and his ecopsychology work. It fulfills our personal and economic needs, deeper ideals and spirit. His self-guiding materials and courses deserve the attention of every person who seeks to reverse our troubles.”

Sincerely,
Robert Muller

The 1986 Bureau of Applied Sciences International Symposium on the Promotion of Unconventional Ideas in Science, Medicine and Sociology in England, including Dr. Bruce Denness, identified Dr. Michael J. Cohen as a maverick genius because a genius is “One who shoots at something no one else can see, and hits it.” Cohen’s eco-genius is considered “maverick” because its GreenWave actualizes natural, sensory, Web of Life truths that our society omits. They are inconvenient yet fun and vital for personal, social and global well-being. Project NatureConnect trains people to qualify for Higher Education’s organic online degrees and certifications.
